Order, Payment & Product Policy
- Made-to-Order Products: All our products are made to order, with an estimated delivery timeline of 3–4 weeks depending on the article and design. For exact timelines or order status, please contact us on our official numbers: 0333-1324181 or 0309-1247019.
- Order Confirmation & Advance: Orders will only be processed after a 50% advance payment has been made and payment proof shared on the authorized numbers above.
- Payment Schedule: The remaining 50% balance must be cleared at least 3 days before delivery. Product pictures will be shared once the order is ready for dispatch.
- Color Disclaimer: Actual product color tone, texture, and finish may vary slightly from pictures due to lighting, display differences, and material variations.
- Transportation: Delivery and transportation charges for Karachi and other cities will be confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.
- Customization: For custom sizes, colors, or design modifications, please contact us before placing your order. Custom orders are non-refundable once production starts.
- Ready-to-Pick Items: Our ready-to-pick collection is available at our showroom, while all other designs are made on order.
- Product Care & Warranty Disclaimer:
- We take utmost care in production and finishing, however please note:
- We do not provide any warranty or responsibility against termite, moisture, bending, cracking, breakage, mirror work, polish shade variation, or hardware issues.
- Furniture must be placed in dry, ventilated areas away from direct sunlight or moisture.
- Any repair or replacement request after delivery will be handled on a chargeable basis.
- Once items are delivered and accepted, no claims regarding minor variations, polish tone, or fitting will be entertained.
- Return & Cancellation Policy:
- Made-to-order and customized items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- In case of delay beyond committed delivery time due to unforeseen material or workshop issues, customers will be informed in advance.
- Orders not confirmed with advance within 48 hours may be cancelled automatically.
