Are your products ready-made or made-to-order?

All our products are made-to-order. Each piece is crafted after your booking as per your selected size, color, and finish. Production usually takes 3–4 weeks, depending on the design and material availability.

Do you have ready stock available?

Yes — our ready-to-pick items are displayed at our Karachi showroom and can be purchased directly. However, most designs shown online are made-to-order.

What is your payment policy?

We require a 50% advance payment to start production, and the remaining 50% must be cleared at least 3 days before delivery. Please share payment proof on our official WhatsApp numbers: 0333-1324181 / 0309-1247019.

Can I customize the size, color, or design?

Yes, absolutely! You can customize size, fabric, polish tone, handles, or layout. Please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order for confirmation and quotation.

What is the delivery time?

Our average delivery time is 3–4 weeks, depending on the article and workload. For urgent requirements, please confirm the timeline in advance on WhatsApp.

Do you deliver outside Karachi?

Yes, we deliver all across Pakistan. Delivery charges for Karachi and other cities are calculated separately and confirmed before dispatch.

How will I know my order is ready?

Once your order is completed, product pictures and videos will be shared with you for approval before dispatch.

Do the product colors look exactly like the pictures?

While we try to display accurate visuals, actual color tones and textures may slightly vary due to lighting, screen display, and material variations.

What if my product gets damaged after delivery?

We ensure careful packaging and transport, but Hamzzz Interior is not liable for damage caused by mishandling, shifting, or environmental factors after delivery. Repairs, if possible, will be done on a chargeable basis.

Do you provide warranty or replacement?

We do not provide any warranty against termite, bending, breakage, mirror work, polish fading, or hardware issues. Proper placement and care are the customer’s responsibility.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Since all products are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production begins. However, if any issue arises before manufacturing starts, our team will guide you on possible adjustments.
